Ghanaian hip-hop and afrobeats musician Hecta is finally out with his debut EP, dubbed “De Seed”.
A 5- track EP which features heavy hip-hop and Afro-pop champs Edem was released on Saturday the 11th of June, 2021. He also recruits Ghanaian vocalist KD Bakes on this EP.
This a come-back hit for the hip-hop act, a start off and continuation from where he left off, after a major set-back of his music career.
As this EP is a major turning point for him in his career and in the music industry, the album also makes it to the chart as it holds a special place in the rappers heart. In memory of his late manager and brother Abraham Fiza, Mom and Dad , he dedicates the album to them.
I’m dedicating this one to my late brother and manager Abraham Fiza, my late mom and dad and all my fans, who I prefer to call ‘Hectarians’, for their patience, love and support,”he stated.
Hecta himself, alongside with Hasty Baba, and Xkerry Beatz , were top named producers, who had the opportunity to work on this great piece of project.
