Modern Family & The Flash Stars To Lead Gay Rom-Com Movie

Keiynan Lonsdale, who is known for his role as Wally West/Kid Flash on the CW’s The Flash and Sarah Hyland, who plays Haley Dunphy on ABC’s Modern Family are set to star in a upcoming LGBTQ romantic comedy new film called  My Fake Boyfriend.

The pair will also share the screen with After We Collided actor Dylan Sprouse as well as many other exciting actors throughout this heartwarming story told through flashbacks.

L.A.’s Rose Troche is on board to direct the film, while she will be working with Luke Albright, Joe Wanjai Ross and Greg Boaldin for scriptwriting duties. Reid of BuzzFeed fame is producing alongside Jason Moring and Michael Philip

“Yes, we’re producing a fresh new comedy starring an exciting and diverse cast of talent!” said Richard Alan Reid as he introduced the project to us on July 29.

“My Fake Boyfriend is a fresh comedy with universal appeal.”

Sprouse is perhaps best known for appearing opposite his twin brother, Riverdale‘s Cole Sprouse, in Disney’s The Suite Life of Zack & Cody back in the mid 2000s.
