Lauren Spencer-Smith originally from the UK but now living in Canada, and with her soul-baring, clever, and brutally honest lyrics released her new single ‘Narcissist‘, which was produced by Greg Kurstin (Adele, Beck) on Friday 29th July.
Ever since, the single has made incredible turns and due to her music writing skills she’s been likened to Taylor Swift, she’s been hanging out with Olivia Rodrigo and Mimi Webb, and been storming the charts globally.
Lauren 18 made her first debut appearance on the Tonight Fallon Show, as musical guest starring Jimmy Fallon on August 8 where she Performed her latest hit single “Narcissist.”

She’s performed in front of big crowds and wow’d judges on American Idol, but Monday was arguably the biggest performance of Lauren Spencer-Smith’s career.
Spencer-Smith performed her new single, Narcissist, for the crowd and an estimated TV audience of 1.5 million people.
It was one of the first times Spencer-Smith had appeared on American television since a top-20 finish on American Idol in 2020.

2022 so far Lauren is overwhelming – her global hit ‘Fingers Crossed’ catapulted her to the top of the charts earlier this year (250m+ streams, #1 on Spotify UK, #2 US, top 10 globally) before signing to Island / Republic Records and following it up with ‘Flowers’ that earned her her second UK Top 20 single this year!
She recently performed her second ever show to 80,000 people live at iconic Wembley Stadium for Summertime Ball in England in June, and a day later played a sold out headline show at Lafayette to the most adoring crowd I’ve seen in a long time!
She’s been teasing it the single on socials, with hundreds of thousands of views just from a few tiny clips.
