After Takeoff’s celebration of life earlier today, Cardi B shares a heartfelt letter and some favorite verses from the rapper on her Instagram page. Cardi B hadn’t spoken about the death of Takeoff until now when she posted to her Instagram a message to Takeoff
According to Cardi B, the rappers untimely death has brought a great deal of pain and sorrow to so many lives, because of the impact Takeoff had in this world was so considerable and “we have struggled to grasp this tragedy.” she wrote us the opening of the letter including a carousel of Takeoff pictures.

“I am heartbroken but I am grateful for all the precious memories we got to share while you were here with us. This has truly been a nightmare and the pain is incomparable. ”
The rapper claimed in the letter that Offset and Quavo have experienced loneliness and sadness as a result of his passing, and that they are unable to bear it but only continue to cope.
“I pray that you give Offset ,Quavo, and your friends and family the strength to keep going as they are trying to cope with this loss. I believe that angels send signs and beautiful dreams to loved ones to assure them that they’re watching them and they’re okay and happy…send your mom some of those 🙏🏽.”

Cardi B continued the letter – “As a Migos fan it hurts me to look at pictures and videos of y’all together, and hearing y’all songs that changed the music industry and moved the culture and had the clubs lit . It hurts because I know it will never be the same again—but I know your bros and y’all fans will make sure the world never forgets the impact you made.”

During Tuesday 1st November press conference, a member of the Houston Police Department said Takeoff, whose real name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, was confirmed dead at the scene of a business named 810 Billiards and Bowling. Houston Police Chief Troy Finner would not confirm if Quavo was at the scene of the shooting.
