Vanessa Hudgens is officially back in the Bad Boys franchise as the star is set to reprise her role as weapons expert Kelly in the upcoming Bad Boys 4 who first made an appearance in 2020’s “Bad Boys for Life,” the third installment of the “Bad Boys” film franchise with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. The news comes ahead of the film’s production start which is set to begin in the next few months.
Currently in pre-production is “Bad Boys 4,” which will once again be directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. The pair had previously directed “Batgirl,” a film with Leslie Grace and Brendan Fraser that was never published. Hudgens will reprise her part as Kelly, a weapons expert, in “Bad Boys 4,” according to Deadline, despite the fact that plot specifics are being withheld.
Will Smith hinted that a fourth “Bad Boys” movie was in the works in January. He announced it on Instagram, posting a photo of himself driving to Lawrence’s home. The new movie would come out after “Bad Boys for Life,” which debuted in 2020 and became a huge success, earning more than $426 million at the global box office.
