In an interview, Pinkett Smith vividly recalled how everything changed after that fateful moment. Will charged onto the stage like a superhero and delivered an epic slap to Chris Rock. “After all those years trying to figure out if I would leave Will’s side, it took that slap for me to see I will never leave him,” she told the Daily Mail in an interview published Saturday.
