The new song from Selena Gomez, “Love On,” is officially out for all of you lovers out there.
Produced by Isaiah Tejada and The Monsters & Strangerz, the song was released at 6 p.m. ET on Thursday, February 22, giving it a six-hour head start on the customary Friday new music paradigm. Along with Stefan Johnson of The Monsters & Strangerz, Tejada, Jordan K. Johnson, Julia Michaels, and Michael Pollack, Gomez co-wrote the song.
It is Gomez’s first release of 2024 and comes after “Single Soon,” a carefree celebration of freedom created by musician and Only Murders in the Building star Benny Blanco, who is currently dating the former.
She first revealed the release date and art cover art for “Love On” on Instagram last week. She wrote, “Wait till I turn my love on.” Followed by the first triller on thursday, Gomez cuddled with a puppy as a group of couples made out nearby, leaving her out of the mix.
