Megan Thee Stallion is facing a lawsuit from her former cameraman, Emilio Garcia, who alleged that the rapper “subjected him to sexual harassment” and created an “unbearable hostile work environment.”

In the suit filed on Monday, Garcia claimed that he was trapped in a moving car with Megan while she allegedly began having sex with a woman right next to him. The alleged events took place in Ibiza, Spain, in 2022.

After the alleged incident, Garcia claimed that Megan told him, “Don’t ever discuss what you saw,” and also berated and fat-shamed him.

According to the filing (first reported by NBC News), Garcia began working with Megan in July 2018 as her personal cameraman, and he was not given essential healthcare, proper wages, or overtime pay. He was also allegedly forced to work more than eight hours and denied breaks for rest and meals.

A day after the suit was filed, Megan’s attorney reportedly shared a statement, saying, “This is an employment claim for money—with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court.”

Garcia is also suing Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment, Inc., Hot Girl Touring, LLC, and Roc Nation.

The news comes just a few weeks before Megan starts her Hot Girl Summer tour with special guest GloRilla.
