Julia Cole Announces Tour Dates For Australia, Kicking Off September 26 in Melbourne

Acclaimed Houston, Texas country singer-songwriter and television Julia Cole is thrilling her Australian fans with the announcement of her highly anticipated tour tour across Australia, with dates scheduled in three of its major metropolitan hubs.

Teased by publicity company Little Sparrow PR and herself on social media late today, Cole has been revealed as the mystery act, and she’s bringing the Spicy tour down under.

Set to kick off on September 26 in the bustling city of Melbourne in Stay Gold, East Coast dates: Mary’s Underground in Sydney on Friday, 27 September, and The Brightside in Brisbane on Sunday, 29 September.

In a statement, Cole said about her forthcoming Australian tour, “I’m counting down the seconds until I get to meet the Australian #Coleteam. I love y’all and can’t wait to bring the Spicy Tour down under!”

As Julia Cole embarks on this musical journey through some of Australia’s most vibrant cities, her devoted fanbase and newcomers alike will undoubtedly be captivated by the artist’s ability to craft songs that both inspire and uplift the human spirit.

Cole is a country singer and songwriter whose sound brings together her rootsy, empowered energy with a contemporary pop and rock production. Following singles like 2021’s “Side Piece,” Cole garnered wider attention with her 2022 duet single “Best Worst Ex” with Alexandra Kay. Her debut EP, Whole ‘Nother Margarita, appeared later the same year.

She began singing and drew the spotlight throughout her teens performing the National Anthem before her school volleyball games. More high-profile chances to perform the National Anthem followed at various professional sporting events.

She also has numerous singles, has been named one of CMT’s Next Women of Country, made her Grand Ole Opry debut and has been featured on the likes of CMT, Sirius XM, Circle TV, CBS and more. Those attributes have led to Cole opening for Dan + Shay, Jon Pardi, Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney, Kane Brown, The Chainsmokers, Dierks Bentley, Chase Rice, Lee Brice, Eli Young Band, Chris Lane, Michael Ray, Jake Owen, and other artists in over ten countries.
