Skyler Samuels Reveals Keke Palmer Defended Her From Bullies On Set Of ‘Scream Queens’

Scream Queens' Skyler Samuels Praises Keke Palmer for Defending Her Against Bullies on Set

Skyler Samuels has spoken out to support her Scream Queens co-star Keke Palmer.

The comments came after Keke claimed that series creator Ryan Murphy “ripped” into her for not being accessible on her day off, and that a white co-star made a racist remark to her.

Even though Skyler was a rookie compared to Emma Roberts and Lea Michele, she claims that Keke protected her from bullying on production.

“I am incredibly proud of Keke for speaking out about her experiences on Scream Queens. That’s what Keke does, she speaks up and stands up, for herself and others. Scream Queens was a very challenging show for me. Keke was one of the only people who stood up for me,” Skyler wrote in a statement on Instagram.

She continued, “She was brave enough to have my back even though she knew it might make her a target of bullies on set. I have unending gratitude for the professionalism and kindness Keke showed me. She is a leading lady in this industry, who is well aware of her influence, and she uses it for the better.”

Keke commented on the post, “I love you honey ❤️.”
