During the ongoing feud between NewJeans and HYBE, the parents of the girl group members—Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein—have opened a temporary Instagram account, “@jeanz_pr,” to represent their stance on the matter.
In the first post on the account, the parents explained the need to create it, stating: “While we are grateful that some media outlets reported our statements accurately, they were very few. We also attempted to distribute statements through an agency but faced significant challenges in ensuring that our position was conveyed without distortion—such as misleading headlines altering the message.”

They also claimed that ”meanwhile, the voices of the members have either been misrepresented, framed negatively, or reduced to minor news coverage. In contrast, HYBE and ADOR have been distributing hundreds of articles daily—many containing false claims or solely representing their stance—through various media outlets, including biased online news platforms, without undergoing the standard fact-checking and counterargument procedures required in reputable journalism.”
As the injunction lawsuit approaches, the parents expressed concern that HYBE will once again attempt to manipulate the media by fabricating rumors. They hope to use this Instagram account to clarify any misinformation directly.
