South African amapiano sensation Tyla is taking her Billboard hit “Push 2 Start” to the next level with a sizzling new remix featuring Jamaican dancehall icon Sean Paul.
The highly anticipated remix was released Friday 14, and fans are already buzzing with excitement.
In an exclusive interview with Billboard, Tyla gushes about her love for Sean Paul’s music, saying, “Everyone loves Sean Paul; there’s so many songs of his that I absolutely loved growing up.”
The admiration is mutual, as Sean Paul tells Billboard, “I really like her vibes as an artist. She does amapiano and mix her vibes with dancehall, so it’s right in my pocket. Love it.”
The original version of “Push 2 Start” was released in October as part of the deluxe edition of Tyla’s self-titled debut album, which also featured a standout collaboration with dancehall star Skillibeng and rapper Gunna on the track “Jump.”
