BHIM Festival has officially unveiled the first wave of performers for its landmark 10th Anniversary edition, setting the tone for what promises to be one of the biggest African-Caribbean cultural events of 2025.
Scheduled for December 26, 2025 at the Accra Sports Stadium, the anniversary edition continues the festival’s tradition of blending music, culture, and global unity under the creative direction of international reggae and afro-dancehall icon Stonebwoy.
Headlining the reggae revival set is acclaimed Jamaican reggae artist Fantan Mojah, announced as the festival’s first international act. His inclusion reinforces BHIM Festival’s commitment to authentic reggae roots and its growing global footprint within the African-Caribbean music space.
Alongside Fantan Mojah, the BHIM Festival Secretariat has revealed an impressive lineup of top Ghanaian artistes joining the first wave of performers. Confirmed acts include Efya, Cina Soul, Raskuuku, Fameye, Epixode, Drela, and highlife legend Kwabena Kwabena. Together, the lineup represents a diverse blend of reggae, dancehall, soul, highlife, and contemporary Ghanaian-Nigerian sounds.
According to organizers, this announcement marks only the beginning. Additional performers are expected to be revealed in subsequent phases, while select Jamaican dancehall acts have deliberately been kept under wraps to heighten anticipation ahead of the festival.
Over the past decade, BHIM Festival has grown into one of Africa’s most prominent music and cultural platforms, attracting audiences from across the continent and the diaspora. The festival is widely recognized for celebrating African and Caribbean heritage while fostering cultural exchange through music, fashion, and lifestyle experiences.
