Ghanaian “spiritual highlife” sensation AratheJay has sent his UK fanbase into a frenzy after hinting at a massive headline concert at the O2 Academy Brixton for Summer 2026.
The artist, also known by his persona Nimo Constantine, shared the news via his Instagram story, suggesting a “takeover” of the legendary 4,900-capacity venue. This move marks a significant leap in his international career, following the massive success of his 2025 album The Odyssey and his breakout hit “Jesus Christ II” featuring Black Sherif.
The teaser comes as AratheJay continues to solidify his global footprint. Only last year, he made his London headline debut at the more intimate XOYO, plus opening for reggae-dancehall act Stonebwoy’s “UP & RUNNIN6” tour London stop at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, alongside Fameye, Magixx, and more on March 8, 2025.
AratheJay’s rise has been fueled by his unique “Finding Nimo” series, a conceptual project blending. With over 10 million streams on The Odyssey and a string of successful European dates under his belt, the Brixton show is expected to be one of the most anticipated African music events in London for 2026.
“I don’t want to be seen through the lens of doing genre-based music. My style is basically spiritual because music is spiritual,” AratheJay previously noted regarding his live performances.
While official dates and ticket information are yet to be confirmed, fans are already bracing for what promises to be a sold-out “spiritual” experience in the heart of South London.
